Can you guarantee the amount of data that can be recovered?

  • Unfortunately no, we cannot guarantee the amount of recoverable data (or success rate) until we have:
    • Completed the repairs;
    • Extracted your data from your faulty device;
    • Completed a software recovery;
    • Completed a final data integrity check;
    • Copied your data to a new destination drive.
  • However, you will be contacted before we raise an invoice to confirm the usability of the data recovered should we suspect damage to some of the data. That is, should we, for some reason, not be able to recover all the data, or should the data recovered not be in a good state.
  • Our no-surprises policy dictates that you will not be invoiced should the data not be usable.
