You Have A Choice Of Four Service Levels To Suit Your Budget And Situation.

Your choice would typically be based on the urgency of the data recovery vs. how much you can afford to spend on the successful recovery of your data.

ECONOMY Service Level

  • When having your data recovered is critical but the data will still be valid if recovered within a 10 to 15 working day period, at a much-reduced cost.
  • It takes us on average 10-15 working hours from receiving your media to do a free evaluation upon which we will forward you a confirmation of this preliminary quotation specifying:-
    • Whether the data is recoverable or the chance thereof, alternatively, if possible a directory listing with the structure of recoverable files.
    • Any other information depending on your specific situation.

STANDARD Service Level

  • When having your data recovered is critical within a 3 to 8 working day period, at our normal rates.
  • It takes us on average 8-10 working hours from receiving your media to do a free evaluation upon which we will forward you a confirmation of this preliminary quotation specifying:-
    • Whether the data is recoverable or the chance thereof, alternatively, if possible a directory listing with the structure of recoverable files.
    • Any other information depending on your specific situation.

PRIORITY Service Level

  • When you are prepared to spend more but with the benefit of having your data recovered (if possible) within a 48-hour period from approval of the quotation.
  • It takes us on average 4 working hours from receiving your media to do a free evaluation upon which we will forward you a confirmation of this preliminary quotation specifying:-
    • Whether the data is recoverable or the chance thereof, alternatively, if possible a directory listing with the structure of recoverable files.
    • Any other information depending on your specific situation.
  • We will endeavour to complete the data recovery within 48 HOURS from approval - Excluding weekends & public holidays & our annual break in December.
    • Should we not be able to complete the recovery within 48 HOURS from approval, you will only be charged at the lower STANDARD RATE less the Non-Refundable PRIORITY fee.

HIGH PRIORITY Service Level

  • When you are prepared to spend even more but with the benefit of having your data recovered (if possible) within a 24-hour period from approval of the quotation.
  • It takes us on average 2 working hours from receiving your media to do a free evaluation upon which we will forward you a confirmation of this preliminary quotation specifying:-
    • Whether the data is recoverable or the chance thereof, alternatively, if possible a directory listing with the structure of recoverable files.
    • Any other information depending on your specific situation.
  • We will endeavour to complete the data recovery within 24 HOURS from approval - Excluding weekends & public holidays & our annual break in December.
    • Should we not be able to complete the recovery within 24 HOURS from approval then you will only be charged at the lower PRIORITY RATE less the Non-Refundable HIGH PRIORITY fee.
    • Should we not be able to complete the recovery within 48 HOURS from approval then you will only be charged at the lower STANDARD RATE less the Non-Refundable HIGH PRIORITY fee.
