You will receive an email when a new ticket is created, including the URL and login details for the online portal.
Here you will be able to view estimates, assets sent to us, invoices, balances, payments, correspondence and attachments, check the status of your ticket(s), make a printout of your ticket(s), add ticket comments and attachments, approve (or decline) your quote(s) and change your communication preferences etc.
