I booked in my girlfriends external HDD due to the S-ATA connector had come off (I presume due to the constant in & out of the cable on the adapter) After a Day & following the whole process I went to collect the HDD as I unfortunately rejected the quote provided. I had a chat & the technician then assisted me by physically repairing & reconnecting the S-ATA connector back onto the adapter & got the HDD working again. Thank you Tecleo for your assistance & effort. I will make sure to backup the data onto another external drive just in case the repaired external drive decides to decide that it no longer wants to work.
