Can you recover data in all loss situations?
Unfortunately no, there are situations where only some or no data can be recovered.
Scenarios where we usually cannot recover all or any data include:
- Severe physical platter damage.
- Severe magnetic field damage.
- Overwritten data.
- Severe data corruption.
- Severe firmware corruption.
- Critical component damage.
We do, however, have a "No-recovery, no-charge" policy:
- You will not be charged if we are unable to recover the data or if the recovered data is not usable.
- We conduct an integrity check on all recovered data. If we determine that data is missing, damaged, or corrupted, we will contact you before issuing an invoice to confirm the usability of the recovered data.
- If some of the recovered data is usable, we can negotiate a reduced price, and you will have the option to proceed.
- We will do everything possible to rectify the recovery or refund the recovery charges (or a portion thereof) if we cannot solve any valid issues with the recovered data.
