I received the most incredible service from Tecleo. After my hard drive crashed, they were able to restore all data. When the new hard drive crashed a second time (!) they told me that everything was still under warranty so I didn't have to pay a cent (not even for delivery!) for the data to be recovered again, including a new hard drive. I cannot recommend Tecleo enough, even though they were not able to retrieve my data from my SSD drive, they gave me the absolute best service. Tyrone, kept me up to date at all times and tried everything possible to retrieve my info. He was kind and understanding.
