    I received the most incredible service from Tecleo. After my hard drive crashed, they were able to restore all data. When the new hard drive crashed a second time (!) they told me that everything was still under warranty so I didn't have to pay a cent (not even for delivery!) for the data to be recovered again, including a new hard drive. THANK YOU!

    I recently had an issue with my laptop and the company that was supposed to give me proper support lost 10 years' of my .pst files. None of the obvious solutions were successful in recovering my files! Fortunately, I was directed to Tecleo and they recovered my files within a few hours!     I cannot recommend Tecleo enough, even though they were not able to retrieve my data from my SSD drive, they gave me the absolute best service. Tyrone, kept me up to date at all times and tried everything possible to retrieve my info. He was kind and understanding.
