    I received the most incredible service from Tecleo. After my hard drive crashed, they were able to restore all data. When the new hard drive crashed a second time (!) they told me that everything was still under warranty so I didn't have to pay a cent (not even for delivery!) for the data to be recovered again, including a new hard drive. THANK YOU!

    I cannot recommend Tecleo enough, even though they were not able to retrieve my data from my SSD drive, they gave me the absolute best service. Tyrone, kept me up to date at all times and tried everything possible to retrieve my info. He was kind and understanding. I hope i am never in the situation of losing my info again but if it had to happen i wouldn't send my stuff anywhere else. Thank you Tyrone for your kindness through all my crying

    100% RECOMMEND! I want to express my immense gratitude to Tecleo Data Recovery and Digital Forensics for their exceptional service. Initially, we sought assistance from another data recovery service provider, Asetos Computers. They informed us after two days that the device could not be repaired or the data recovered due to a malfunctioning motherboard. Feeling disheartened, we decided to seek a second opinion before abandoning all hope. Upon first meeting, Tecleo was professional and provided us with constant communication and an impressively swift turnaround time. The USB was repaired more expeditiously than originally promised, and they managed to recover all our data in a secure and confidential manner, subsequently transferring it to an external hard drive. Typically, I wait 2-3 weeks before leaving a recommendation to account for any potential post-service issues. However, I am pleased to report that everything continues to function optimally, and I wholeheartedly recommend Tecleo's services without reservation.
