I dropped my 3TB external hard disk drive. I think it was formatted with FAT32 for use on Pc and Apple Mac. Mostly holding movies, some backups of pics and some work with about 2GB of data on board. When I plug it in, the light comes on, it spins and then there is a clucking sound. I have taken the external casing off and there are no obvious breakages. I have not touched the actual HDD for obvious reasons. I don’t want to lose my pics etc.
