I have an external 2"5 disk WD My passport 1Tb USB 3.0 and it stopped working yesterday. When I connect it to a PC, it cannot be detected anymore. The reason can be that I dropped it once but that was quite long time (more than one week) before it stopped. When connected, the status in the property of the USB disk says "the device cannot be started". I would like to recover all my data inside if it's possible.?
