I have a crashed hard drive that contains a customer?s wedding video. We have tried various troubleshooting methods but it all failed. The PC does not recognise the drive at all. The customer wants his wedding video and it is now like a war because we've been trying to sort it out for more than a year. Please help in recovering my customers video.?
