My laptop dropped from table. The machine starts up and Windows also starts up but then restarts as if the battery power ran down and then restarting again saying there is a problem and reports ?do you want to start up normally? - just later returning to the same start up message. I took it to an IT company and they tried to start it up in one of their computers - did start, but was not picked up on their computer.?
