I accidentally got the power cable wrapped around my office chair and when I moved it pulled my external drive off the cupboard and landed on its side and has not worked since then. I could hear the power kicking in but none or intermittent spinning of the drive. My main concern is my documents folder which has lots of specific work files, especially MS Word documents. I also have previous backups of my pcs on the drive. Hopefully it is not a train smash as the fall was only about 30 cm."
