will only be charged at the lower STANDARD rate
level should we not complete the PRIORITY
recovery within 48 hours from approval.
Your recovery comes with a data guarantee,
such that if the data recovered is not in a
useable state or not recovered, TECLEO will do
everything possible to rectify the recovery or
refund recovery fees paid.
We also have a no recovery, no charge
policy. You will not be invoiced should we for
some reason not be able to recover your data, or
the data recovered not be in a useable

The recovered data
will be transferred to DVD’s (If less than 9GB)
at no additional cost, if more, to a destination
drive, of adequate capacity, either supplied by
yourself or we can quote for any other hard
drive currently available.
