You have a choice of 4 service options that best suites your pocket and situation:-
Your choice would typically be based on the urgency of the recovery vs how much you are prepared spend on the successful recovery of your data.

ECONOMY
When having your data recovered is critical but the data will still be valid if recovered within a 5 to 7 working day period, at a much reduced cost.

STANDARD
When having your data recovered is critical within a 3 to 5 working day period, at our normal rates.

PRIORITY
When you are prepared to spend more but with the benefit of having your data recovered (if possible) within a 48-hour period from approval of the quotation.

HIGH PRIORITY
When you are prepared to spend even more but with the benefit of having your data recovered (if possible)  within a 24-hour period from approval of the quotation.

Terms and conditions

  1. You will only be charged at the lower STANDARD rate level should we not complete the PRIORITY recovery within 48 hours from approval.
  2. You will only be charged at the lower PRIORITY rate level should we not complete the HIGH PRIORITY recovery within 24 hours from approval
  3. Your recovery comes with a data guarantee, such that if the data recovered is not in a useable state or not recovered, we will do everything possible to rectify the recovery or refund recovery fees paid.
  4. We also have a no recovery, no charge policy. You will not be invoiced should we for some reason not be able to recover your data, or the data recovered not be in a useable condition.
  5. All quotations are valid for 7 days.
  6. Pricing and terms & conditions are subject to change without notice.
  7. The recovered data will be transferred to a destination drive of adequate capacity as quoteted or supplied by yourself.
  8. Free collections and delivery (S.A. only) for all pre-approved hard disk recoveries.
