STEP 1: You receive a hard disk drive (or other faulty electronic media) enquiry from a potential customer.
STEP 3: If your customer is satisfied with the preliminary quotation you then ship the drive to us.
STEP 4: We receive the drive and should be able send you a written confirmation quotation via email within 2-10 working hours depending on the service option required.
STEP 7: We complete the data recovery.
STEP 8: We send you an invoice via e-mail awaiting confirmation of payment. OUR PRIMARY CONCERN IS TO RECOVER YOUR CUSTOMERS DATA IN FULL CONFIDENTIALITY AS FAST AND IN A GOOD CONDITION AS POSSIBLE |

If possible, do not include any brackets, adapters and cables. d. Package multiple drives in separate boxes or ensure that they are separated with enough packing material so that there will be no contact. STEP 3 - SHIPPING THE MEDIA - YOU HAVE A CHOICE OF:- a.
